If I wanted to start a plastic spares/leftovers exchange, is this the place to do it, or would it have to be elsewhere on the forum? I'm thinking primarily of unused heads/weapons/kit from figure sets,

Yeah that's pretty much what this is, not exclusively plastic spares/leftovers, but there's usually a bunch of those sorts of things in Da Box.

Also worth pointing out that thread notifications aren't working at the moment so some of us (e.g. me!) hadn't realised the current round was over
