That so quite the set-up and game!  Well done!

We've played the Alamo in 15mm with the Gettysburg Soldiers gang.   We played the defenders, and came within a die roll of actually winning!

As an aside, Larry (from Gettysburg Soldiers) ended up selling his Alamo set-up and figures to the State of Texas!  :o

I think the Alamo does offer a lot of opportunities for games different to the standard siege scenario.
A sortie to disable Mexican artillery,or to burn down nearby buildings are great games.
As is the attempted final breakout of the garrison.
Then there's also the alternative history aspect Gregory Urbach has written about in his "Custer at the Alamo" books.

Just found some of my work in progress photos. The chapel was made of the 54mm BMC facade in the front, and styrofoam blocks and sheets for walls. Everything was glued and pinned together before any lightweight stucco material was applied. At the time of these photos I did not know how I was going to make the palisade wall in front of the chapel. The palisade wall was the last item built.

Beautiful!  I am unsure how much of a fanatic you are for accuracy, or if you are going for the Hollywood look.  BUT (and I DO hate to be one of THOSE guys), the Mexican shako with the tri-color top is more a factor of misinformation perpetuated by Hollywood than it is based on fact.  But, if you correct it, it would be an easy fix.

BullDogger2000 you are correct about the Shakos! I was originally going for a 100% historical "look", but my work was heavily inspired by various Hollywood versions of this event. So I decided to blend Hollywood and History for my results. Also I used the tricolor shako to help identify or distinguish the 5 Mexican regiments I created.
Same thing about the Alamo chapel for example, it is not historically accurate. It is not to scale. Otherwise it would too big for my gamming purposes. So I decided to go with something that everyone would simply recognize as the Alamo chapel. I used a lot of artistic license with my endeavor.

Thanks for commenting on my work and thanks to everyone for their kind comments and support.
