Papercraft buildings used in wargames
« on: November 27, 2021, 01:23:46 PM »
Many times, I have been asked about the buildings I use when playing, as they are papercraft made out of printed Paper and cardboard but they really surprise people because of their quality and detail:

Papercraft buildings have many great advantages:

They are cheap, as a building may cost 1'5€.

They are fast to build, It may take 20 minutes to build It.

They take no room at all to store them as they can be designed to fold down.

The buildings seen in the picture shown above may have costed me around 15€ and they are stored in a single small box. Now think if every building was made in resin, MDF or 3D printed...

If you want to know more about papercraft terrain, I made a post in my blog about them, with explanations, pictures and links to stuff (paíd and free).

Hope you find It useful:

I am also a fan of paper craft, and have used it to make tank heavy armies before!

It can be a hobby of its own.

In fact It is a hobby itself, there is a group called cardboard Warriors that make a lot of stuff (buildings, characters, vehicles, Monsters...) Just for the sake if doing them, I mean, they don't play Wargames, It's just to make some Sort of 3D puzzle...

But most of that stuff can be used in wargames making things easier for us.
