I bought myself a router years ago and recently saw tables for £20.00 or so in Aldi or somewhere similar.

On the basis I have never used the router in over ten years I decided against the table ;D

I was thinking of doing some river sections using MDF as a basis, but hadn't got much idea how to go about it.

I have now!

Using filler for the water surface would never have occured to me, but it looks great with the Kleer covering.

Shockingly, I have all the raw materials and tools necessary to do it. All I need now is time and talent  ::)

lol Fairy muff  :D

What with this and Malamute's "mis-spelling" remark, I'm getting rather worried about this forum  lol

"Fairy Muff" is actually fairly a common saying, although I don't think I've seen it written before.

Svenn, what's the distance between the canal banks? I'd like to know how much space they'll be to put an armoured canal barge in it :)
So many projects..... so little time.......

Ooooooooh!

Speaking on Svennn's behalf, bank to bank is 70mm.

Excellent, I shall have a play with plans. Although nothing is going to happen until after the labyrinth is done.
