Sprays and highlights for vehicles - Question
« on: December 09, 2021, 03:43:43 PM »
I was thinking of finally tackling some German armour over Christmas, and was considering the grey and dunkelgelb Psc sprays.
I don't have, or see much use in getting into an airbrush, so was wondering, for the above colours are their recommendations for near equivalent bottles I could then use for the highlights?
Thanks all

There's a list of the PSC sprays and their nearest Vallejo matches here:

After that, I guess you would follow a regular tutorial that uses Vallejo paints to find what other colours you should use for shade/highlight/camo patterns?

There are various sets (Vallejo does some) which give you shades to highlights. Usually made for airbrush, easily painted by hand.

Has anyone tried the AK Dunkelgelb spray? I haven’t been able to find what AK bottle paint matches their spray as they have several variations of dunkelgelb.

Have not used it(I use an airbrush for priming), however I assume it would be at the more yellow end of the spectrum as it’s used as a base coat.
