Modern setting with Nazi zombies in rural Norway.

 I bought it from asda the other week.Good film but would have been better in english.Some very funny pieces in it.

Seen it. Liked it. Well thought out.

Surprised how much English has dropped into everyday Norwegian.

Some nice funny bits.

Some gory bits.

No Hollywood ending.

Gotta say this was a bit dissapointing. Pretty good acting and some funny bits, some not bad 'over the top' gore bits. What gets me is when you make a movie sooooooooo close in style, plot and feel to 'Evil Dead' please don't waste dialogue telling me about it. By the end it's almost too much...several scenes are exact...and zombie nazis are cool...but only when they have a point...should have been way better. 

Go watch 'Black Sheep' instead...silly horror at it's best(?)

I rarely watch gory movies but I made an exception and saw 'Dead Snow' just the other day and thought it was good, fun, camp. Since I, like most Swedes, have little trouble understanding Norwegian the dialogue certainly added a bit.

My favorite scene is when Standartenzombieführer Herzog, 'The Man Without Lower Lip', gargled "Antreten!" and 500 dead Germans came to attention from under the snow. Now *there* is a Preussian for you!
