"Stop moaning, painting them's only a little job!"  Yeah, yeah, but I finished them off and there were 134 of them including the casualty figures (which were a total cheat because they are full size but what I had).  And villagers which was a modification of some 10 mm figures.  So, while the folk are small the job was a bit larger.   ;)

Need to have more time to watch the video than I do this morning.

A 'wot if' that's gone on, almost from the time of that legendary day on the Little Bighorn...
would taking some of these have made a difference?

Waiting with anticipation to see what role those guns might play...

Finally took time to watch the video.  Cool seeing the Gatling firing.

And like your Gatling models, well done.  Not quite sure what model your artillery are - perhaps the 3.2" guns shown in the video?  I believe more common in the Custer era were 12# and mountain howitzers but your guns will work.

Oh, and book I am reading identifies the Gatling gun's in Terry's column as being manned with personnel from the 18th infantry.

FWIW, there was a Twilight Zone episode where some US Army guys from the present end up finding evidence that their chain of command doesn't believe and they end up in the battle that takes place in "The Twilight Zone"

Unfortunately for them, their armored vehicle didn't get to play...
