When we first encountered D&D (Waaaay back in the 1960s!!!) I toyed with
the idea of setting a 'Dungeon' in a Generation Space ship that had forgotten
what it was (Damaged, of course, partially broken down).
Groups of adventurers would explore away from their home/safe areas.
Tesh =descendants/followers of the Technicians. These would be seen as Magicians.
Turn these dials to this setting & the room gets lighter.
Whey-Te = The warriors, originally away-team (Red shirts in Star Trek)
and so on.

This thread has started me thinking of this again. ::)

Sounds a lot like Metamorphosis Alpha. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metamorphosis_Alpha

That looks like fun, might have to pick up a copy for ideas.

First thoughts would be  cheap T-Rex & Mammoth/elephant models.
Swap heads & cover the worst bits with green-stuff (etc.) shaggy hair.

The T-rex head on the Mammoth body would be interesting too.

I’d also be interested in recommendations!

Nice continuation of your thread.

I wonder how difficult it would be to sculpt ears, tusks and trunks to wookies?

There is another one in one of the pre-primed ranges, I'll see if I can dig out its name

I wonder if there are any 3D printed designs for this.

More good stuff

Regarding the Monastery - the background seems to not recognise that flight or anti-grav might be used to access it?

I had thought about that - I meant to actually address it (basically a no-fly zone enforced technologically). Doesn't preclude dumber/simpler methods of flight (like a balloon). I will update the post to talk about it.

He's a bit less violent and a bit more steampunk

Sorry for the long delay, between work and then getting sick, this has been sitting in draft for over a week now.

Today we visit three wrecked waterborne ships on the Great Plain on the wrecked Z15A spaceship (a touch recursive, I get that)
http://warbard.wirelizard.ca/2023/01/29/wreck-of-the-z15a-green-red-and-blue-ships/

My plan next is to head back to Halite to flesh out my not-Venice that I am working on as a Sellswords adventure setting.

Sorry you were not well.
I do like your ideas, please keep them coming.
Feel free to do so with breaks for 'real life' to proceed. :)
