French Unit for The Silver Bayonet
« on: February 25, 2022, 07:32:22 PM »
In the first image, from left to right: the commander Captain Delacour (some may have heard of his great-great granddaughter Fleur); the investigator Julien Dupin; the beau sabreur Roland of the 4th Cuirassiers (mounted and dismounted).

Next are the doughty grenadier Auguste; the bold vivandière Margot; and three dismounted dragoons (infantrymen) Guillaume, Armand, and Féraud.

(The mounted cuirassier and dismounted dragoons from the Perry plastic dragoon boxed set, which also has an unexpected but very welcome six dead infantrymen - three French, three British.)

Your eyes are sharp re the torches. I've used excess rammers from Perry's ACW artillery set for torches (you can see another one poking out of the bag of the Austrian supernatural investigator Dr Hoellewisst, a few posts back).
