Painting Blacklist Games Kickstarter Minis
« on: December 23, 2021, 01:55:14 PM »
I thought I'd better start putting some paint of the Blacklist Games minis from the Kickstarter boxes   https://grahamsgaming.blogspot.com/2021/12/started-painting-my-first-kickstarter.html

Great start, they are excellent miniatures and at the KS price an amazing value. I pulled the spiders out of my set yesterday to work on.
I have got as far as testing various enamel undercoats and varnishes on the base undersides to make sure no reaction (lesson learned the expensive way with Mantic Dungeon Saga plastics).

What did you use to prime/undercoat them?

Glad that you're enjoying them. I almost considered myself getting into it.

I've just been using Vallejo white surface primer.

Great stuff, mate!

Generally good sculpts barring some problematic mold lines on a few of mine.

The Blacklist miniatures have been great value for money for me… it is a shame they have had such difficulty fulfilling the US. Hopefully Lasting Tales does better.
