Thanks a lot and sorry for the hiatus! I've been distracted by my ECW and ACW projects but expect a huuuuge update in the following weeks since I've finished:

10 British grenadiers
10 British foot regulars
10 British "generic" Loyalist infantry
10 Queens Rangers
5 Hessian Jäger
6 Mounted British Legion Dragoons
1 British command unit
3 British officers
1 Mounted British Colonel

20+ American Militia
1 Mounted American Colonel
1 American command unit

...and more! Oh, and scenery as well! So, stay tuned!

To wet everyones appetite - here are some shots from some of my latest games, where we had a good old time using tweaked Ravenfeast rules with some rules from En garde! as well as Rebels and Patriots.

Some more pics from the "Upstate NY skirmish". Patriots vs. Loyalists (Butler's Rangers and 'generic' Loyalists wearing coats red faced green) - with Natives on both sides. A super fun game using some great terrain from different manufacturers. Stay tuned for better and detailed pics of the units involved - the Loyalists, for example - are all conversions.

I'm taking photos of my British forces but I found these three civilians on my phone. One conversion of the waving old man from one of Perry's code - I gave him a hat and painted him to look like a wealthy older man. The woman is straight out of the box and the third one is a converted farmhand made of parts from Perry's Zuku kits and one of their Japanese civilians.

If that dude is waving he must be really old!  lol

Nice work.  And, actually, the old man reminds me of a couple folk I know - one of whom is actually a gamer.

Beautiful work on the blue dress.

Thanks a lot guys!!

Alight, let's move on to ...the British command. The mounted Colonel is a Perry one, straight out of the box. I decided to keep the gold lacing on his hat - to distinguish him as a commander on the field of battle, and, because you know - rule of cool. Anyway, I've fielded him in a couple of games and he's been taken out by Patriot riflemen in both - kinda accurate though, right? No pun intended.  ;)

More fine work.

I don't recall seeing the holder you are using for the figures - is it for photos or for painting, too?  And it clearly looks to be adjustable.

Thanks yet again!
@FifteensAway: It's one of Citadels older holders, works like a charm!

Thanks.

And I found the original Perry figure waving his hat you used for the old man, nice job repositioning his left arm and adding the hat.

You do great work on faces.

@FifteensAway Thanks yet again! I needed his hat for a pirate figure and I needed a fine gentleman just standing around so - voilá!

Speaking of gentlemen, here's my "senior officer" on foot - and as was the case with his mounted equivalent I kept the lace on the hat. This one is from Perry's Saratoga command code but I replaced the head with a more characterful one from their French(!) range and I gave him a better looking sword and hand from the plastic kit. I also gave him a small golden epaulette. My other - junior - officers as well as standard bearers all have unlaced hats (more on them later) so this "senior" one is easily distinguashable on the gaming table - for better or worse!  ;)

I'm very pleased with how he turned out and he's one of my favorites on the British side of my collection.

Cheers! Next up - drummers, standard bearers and a couple of junior officers.

The musicians are also from one of Perry's Saratoga codes - but with plastic hats from the plastic kit.
The gentleman carrying the regimental colours is from the Saratoga command, while the other one is a converted metal mini from another command code witha plastic head and arms from the plastic kit. These gentlemen has either been slain or captured during the games I've played so far - and if you know the history of the flags of the 7th Foot, that's pretty accurate ... Flags are from GMB Designs - great stuff.

The officer with the sword is straight out of the British plastic box, while the musket-wielding one is a converted American officer from one of Perry's American command codes.
