Wandering Witch and the Hunchback Hag
« on: December 28, 2023, 03:24:04 PM »
I recently found some useful miniatures hanging from the wall of blisters of our local gaming shop. These are primed plastic miniatures of mainly fantasy and horror footprint. Those ugly sisters will be stand-ins for various types of ogres, humunculi, ghouls and whatnots in The Silver Bayonet on my gaming table from now on. Here they are - huge and tall 45mm creatures on 40mm bases the wreak havoc on my Nassauers:

You did a wonderful job on them. Are they Nolzurs?

Fantastic figures!! Well done. I am currently f8nishing up my French Second Unit for Silver Bayonet. I still have the Brirish Second Unit to paint and 5 each for my Spaniah Unit and Portuguese Unit. I based my Portuguese Unit on the Spanish U it stats. All of my monsters are painted so I have lots of options. I am awaiting the arrival of my Silver Bayonet Canada figures to paint up next. I will have to find the hag sisters at some point. Actually I have Chairface to "blame" for getting me hooked on this Era as I played a couple of his games at Hotlead a couple of years ago and had a blast!! 😉

Thanks for sharing.

They really are excellent, and using them for 28mm Troll stand-ins sounds like a great idea.

Great paint jobs…better than my efforts with the exact same figures used for the same purpose.  I am envious.

Very nice indeed. I also like the photo backdrop. Frames the miniatures and adds a narrative.
