Simon de Montfort's Bodyguard
« on: January 23, 2022, 05:58:37 AM »
Well that's what they are likely to be for my Project Lewes.

Greetings comrades. For those of you with a passing interest in the second Baron's War, the battle of Lewes or perhaps mid-thirteenth century warfare more generally, please feel free to launch at my blog and this latest post. I have finished the first five of ten knights for my reserve ward of the rebel army at Lewes 1264. I hope you like them.

Great stuff!  That's a really fun battle to game also, in my opinion.  Very balanced scenario.

Thanks gents. Rampantlion - you did it in 15mm?

Patience? I suppose so - I must remain persistent; however, if I'm to push on with the project. It's been over ten years already and I'm only half way.

Yes I did.  I've run that scenario several times.

Get used to it. This isn't a hobby, it's a calling.
