This is such great stuff.  Love all the little details.  One could browse this shop for ages.

For small clay pots, the bottle brush tree is your friend.  Seeds are exact.

Great looking shop

All looks great.  Question though: is the roof top portion of the chimney metal or ceramic?  If the former, isn't that 'out of period'?  If such can be in a fantasy world.  Has me wondering when such metal chimney tops first appeared.

Thank you all for the nice words.  Was a surprise as this thread has not seen the light of day for a few months.

I painted it as terracotta but I do not tend to get too hung up on period or not in the fantasy world.

I'm a fair bit less skilled than you but once I've copied your museum display I'm going to try to copy your rugs.

All your stuff is amazing but those rugs are something else.

Thanks again for the nice comments.
I'm going to try to copy your rugs.
They are just paper towel set with PVA.  Four tips that may help.  Do not have your base glued into place when you paint the rugs so you can move it around and access it from all angles.  Have a reference image handy when painting.  Work from the outside in spacing your design out evenly.  Lastly do not get too hung up on mistakes as they will get lost in the design and not be as noticeable.
