The Great Man, Mr Barton commented on my post on another forum:

"Oh Dear.  I had long feared that the Fusilier caps v Grenadier caps thing might be more complex than the usual received wisdom for the Pavlovs.  Never mind, I shall Do Something About It."

That's excellent news (even if it does mean having to paint more!)  😍

Well, I'll say (type?) this:  Correct hat or otherwise, they sure look good.  Well done!

Thing is, whenever you give a passing thought to the Pavlov Grenadiers, your nicely painted figures are wot springs immediately to mind!

Carry on, then.

But, lousy joke as it likely is, I feel compelled to inquire whether or not they tend to begin salivating upon hearing a bell ring? 8)

Excellently done unit, whether they are wearing the correct mitre or not.

One of my three favorite Napoleonic Wars units, along with the Batallion Neufchatel and the Black Watch.

Excellent looking unit!  :-*

I'm surprised you still have units to paint...  ;)

Ah... Yes... Well, as discussed on another thread; In 2015, when I started on my painting spree for the Waterloo Bicentennial, I had 2,000 unpainted AB Napoleonics in the Lead Dungeon.  Since then I've managed to paint around 2,000 and have managed to whittle that pile down to around 2,500...  :?
