Smokey, my dear interweb acquaintance, with utmost respect... I must vehemently disagree!
It's a question of quality vs. quantity!
All you need is a good supply of those "primitive hordes" -- on top of which, if you're using the grand finale battle as your game scenario (and who wouldn't???) the heroes have to reach the rope bridge and then withdraw across it in order to have any chance to "WIN" the game. AND they're struggling to take Peachy's treasure hoard which he's loaded onto the pack mules with them. After all, even if you can't be King of Kafiristan, it's still better to go back to Marwar Junction rich than poor -- so it's HORDE VERSUS HOARD!!!
I myself would LOVE to play in that game -- as Danny, Peachy, Billy Fish & Co. OR as the Horde Commander -- which could be the Ancient Priest or... Roxanne the biter-of-the-King!
Escaping from a horde of raging low-quality foes set on ripping you to shreds (or taking you alive to crucify!) is still a challenge, even for an elite unit -- especially if it's small and it's a bonafide HORDE that's after them.
If you've gone through the effort to prepare the proper figures (an accomplishment I envy as I've dreamed of doing the same in the past!) I implore you to refight the climactic running fight to reach -- and potentially cross -- the bridge, and share the results with us here! After that you can take Peachy & Danny -- and Billy Fish if he manages to get away with them -- to every fringe of the Empire (or as Nick suggest, on the Road to Morocco, Zanzibar, Bali, etc., etc.) free of regret over, "what might have been"!
