Has anyone used these metallics before

And if so, how did you find them?

Ignore the ‘Please return me’ writing as it’s the only copy the art shop had  lol

cheers

Got one a while back. Used once. Wasn't impressed.

I have a similar product and if your ones have the same properties they are best suited for an Airbrush. Are these Alcohol/Solvent based? The only colour that was usable with a brush for me was Silver, Gold and Bronze had to be airbrushed.

Water based apparently (according to the lass behind the counter).

OK, I think because mine are Solvent based they are very thin, hence airbrush only.

How come?

Just didn't have the 'wow' factor.

I'm, admittedly,  a complete paint tart and will try anything new and shiny. Unless something gives noticeably better or different results to what I'm already using (or the same a cheaper price  ;) ) they'll end up in a box along with assorted other samples of the Next Best Thing.

Thanks chaps  :)

They were only a few quid per pit so it’s definitely worth a punt.
