Author or revisions of 'AERONEF FAN REVISED ED.'?

Being a fan of Wessex's Aeronef precisely because it gives one such an itch to add a bit here and there, I've always loved seeing others' ideas of changes they've tried.

Don't always agree, actually, often don't, but respect the effort and love the counter suggestions that occur to me.

Looking at a small pile of things printed out long ago, I found the sited item. Ticks the boxes, but has several places where something is included but not explained, and things listed 'below', then not included, such as 'Ground Combat.'

Was there a revised-revised?

Oh, before somebody asks, I don't have a digital copy, no current scanning set up, and a bit large for me to type in, so not able to share at this time.

Still, maybe the author will show.

P.S. While a discussion of particular rules would feel like a bit of a thread-jack, though could be in a new thread, a pointing to a repository of such will not get a rise out of me.
