For my ogre (my name for the hobgoblin, since AFAIK "hobgoblins" are benign in folklore), I used a Mageknight clicky figure picked up for pennies at some flea market, armed him with a Mordheim greatsword and added a tricorn:

Yes. This. I've never been able to square the description and stats of the Hobgoblin to the one I'm familiar with in British folklore (seems more of a GW/Tolkienesque take) so have substituted it for a "Wirry Cow", which has nothing to do with cattle but is just a generic Scots term for a monstrous beastie, which could cover just about anything, and be far more suited to the book Hobgoblin's description. I have my model, but not painted yet, but rest assured The Wailin' Wirry Cow of Glendarroch will be the first suprise waiting for my unit...

My Changeling is just going to be human painted to look a bit "elvish" (again, I have the model)... the possessed is causing me problems though. I have a few potential candidates in mind, but nothing concrete. Goblins are my other issue. I can't find anything that really sits with my image of how a British goblin looks; all the commercial figures are just GW style big eared, big nosed greenskins, or more cutesy bullshit. I do have one idea, but not sure how much mileage it has...

I used a Gnoll from the WOC DandD range.

You can find details of this and other TSB monsters on my Blog or on this link; https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=134081.0

I have a bad case of prescient nostalgia. The future's not what it used to be.

Myself I am taking the 15mm approach to "Silver Bayonet" I have just received my order from Ral Partha,

This order contained Goblins, Orcs and Trolls. I plan on basing them soon. In this order I also cultist, sorcerers (leaders for cults) Vampires and a few other figures.

I have ordered from Splintered Light as well

Ghouls

I also ordered Spectors/ Ghost and Ghast.

I will be ordering some witches soon too.

My plans are to use Marines and Naval Officers from Stonewall Figures.

I've been toying with that idea too

I don't know I haven't order them yet. I am planning to do so later this month. I don't have any AB figures to compare with. I may have to take a look and see what they have.
