Identify Arc for travel portal

Does anyone know the maker of this piece? It is some sort of alien artifact or portal book-end. I've found it twice (once recently) but forgot to name the photo after the website.

I don't know who made that specific piece, but I'm certain it's meant to be an Eldar webway gate (from Warhammer 40k).

I think it might be a piece from Evil Mushroom Games, but their website is offline and it's not listed on their Ebay shop.
