A thousand thanks for posting this!  Absolutely inspiring, that is to say I have no choice now but to get some more skeletal pieces and gin up more revenants based on these ideas. I will be muting down and muddying the uniforms, if they've been hastily buried for some time.

Brilliant work, excellent in concept and execution. Your blog post really shows off the potential with kitbashing plastic multi-part kits… even Napoleonic kits which some folks do not lend themselves well to such endeavors. Bravo!
