I finished some chouans from Alain Touller miniatures. They are gathered around two  Vendéen generals, M. de Charette (François-Athanase de Charette de La Contrie) and  Jacques Cathelineau (nicknamed the Saint of Anjou)

Here are some french hussars from the 10e Régiment de Hussards that fought in Vendée in 1793 and 1794.

Thought the regiment was created during the french revolution, the trumpeter wore a french style uniform (instead of a hussar one) like in the former royal hussars regiments.
