3D Printed Trees
« on: June 12, 2022, 04:01:22 AM »
I have suffered a total lack of painting mojo since a hip replacement in March.  In an effort to get back in the saddle again I turned to basing and painting up some 3D printed trees that I got off EvilBay. I am hoping that this can translate into some enthusiasm in addressing my little 28mm men.

Got to kick at the darkness till it bleeds daylight.

Good start.

Is it the discomfort from the op that is stopping you painting, or did you just get out of the habit of painting wiht the op, or something entirely different? You don’t have to share why, unless it helps us suggest what might help unblock the painting block!

Thanks all. fred, it was mostly that the healing process left me so tired all the time. After years of pain I felt mostly normal after a month or so and thought that I could get going with my life. My body kept on telling me  "Whoa there you are still healing!". Hopefully, I will be able to do more now though I still have months of healing to go. Kikuchiyo, yes these trees are available in other scales, 28mm, 32mm, and 40mm. I purchased the 32 mm.The 32mm would be quite large for 15mm. I'm sorry I don't have any 15mm minis anymore or I would take a picture for you. The 28mm might work for large trees for you. Here is the link https://www.ebay.com/itm/224983352616?var=523859944982

I suppose, take it easy and listen to your body - but being pain free must be a big boost.
