Battlescale? Anyone use them

Just wondering if anyone has used them, placed an order a couple of weeks ago have since sent a followup email but not had a respeonse, does anyone know if its a company or one man venture, I don't mind waiting but there was nothing on the site to suggest what i was after wasn't in stock and ready to ship?

It's definitely a one-man operation, he often posts in the small scale (as in, miniature scales!) groups on Facebook. Might be worth trying to catch him on there?

Thanks thats good to know and makes sense that comms are great, unfortunatly this and one or two other forums on different subjects are the only online stuff I do

Ordered lots of bits but agree that communication for him or his wife is lacking during the order process though.

Time wise I think it's cast to order but he has always delivered what I wanted.

Thats unfortunate I was hoping the 15mm range would be expanding

anyway I'll sit tight and give them some space - it was a small order so nothing to get worked up about - i could just have really used a bridge

That's a real shame they are struggling. I've got some of their 10mm stuff and it's really nice. It might take a little longer than some others to arrive, but I've never had any bother and they're really good value.
