Masters of the Universe: Clash for Eternia
« on: April 17, 2023, 07:44:35 PM »
So, this showed up today.

Funny thing is, I also have a copy of Battlegrounds. I'm hoping to do a comparison of both, but I'll probably want to paint these minis up first...and I think I'm gonna grisaille/slap chop them for the sake of my sanity.

I should probably take some comparison photos of the minis that I have, at minimum. The Archon plastics are so, so good. I want to see how these board game minis stack up. Supposedly they are pretty solid even if they aren't quite as nice.

For any other fellow (North?) Americans, Archon is releasing the rules for their expansions for free...so I can use the minis in these boxes with those rules in Battlegrounds, and I only have to buy the Battlegrounds expansions if I really, really want the minis and such in plastic (well, other than the dinosaur, anyway).

Current projects: collecting way too many vintage Warzone models.
