The chards were crushed egg shell.  It can be stabilized with very thin super glue.  Once set is is quite tough.

True.  My wife's friends thought I was crazy when I had them collect mane and tail hair for my rubberized horse hair tutorial.

Another two sections done.  First has three parallel hallways.  The highlight was a bit strong but it will do. 

The second is a large room and two dead ends. 

One of the bits of detail with more broken pots.
