The "rich covetous oppressing men" are now finished, Col Brooke-Taylor's Regiment of Foot and the good Colonel himself are the first to show:

More to follow when I work out how to make my photos much, much better😡🤬🤯

Often feel like going back to the ECW, my first love in this hobby way back, as a final hurrah. Threads like this don't help!

Great stuff.

Thanks chaps. More units to follow once I’ve got photos I’m actually happy with

It’s from Hudson and Allen,
http://www.wargamescenics.com/products.html

They are very useful pieces, unfortunately now located in America, but I got lucky and found a lot of their products in a bargain bin before the move. Probably the best and luckiest gaming purchase I ever made.

Fight?
No, but they can drink!

Col Robert Monkhouse’s Regiment of Foot

That notorious rake, Sir Terrance Thomas’s Regiment of Foot:

and Col Roderick Ogilvy Bremner’s Regiment of Foot, raised in Edinburgh by his father Major Donald Stuart Ogilvy Bremner and led south by his son:

Sir Sydney James Regiment of Foot (fnaah fnaah):

and his loyal Flag bearer:

And finally, Lord Charles Drake himself:

and his First Troop of Foot, under Captain Jasper Carrot:

and his Second Troop under Captain Richard Emery:
