Company B Not Responding

Does anyone know what's up with Company B?  I hope they're all OK.
 
Usually communications with them are great, but trying to sort out a problem with an order from March and I haven't heard back from them.
 
I got the minis from my order just fine, but no sign of the decals that were part of the order (they usually ship decals separately).
 
Sent email enqueries in April, May, and last week.
 
I wasn't in any rush for them back in March, but that project is on the painting table now, and I'm about to order alternatives from another company if I have to.

Update: I have heard from them; and as I was afraid, they have been dealing with a long hospitalisation and ensuing communication glitches.
