Those are just beautiful! It’s so tempting to try something similar, but I think I’ll hold off - too many other things in the painting queue. And I can enjoy your project vicariously!

Great looking crew, looking forward to see how you make the UN Marines stand out from the MCRN Marines.

yep, this is the current conundrum - I think the solution involves the colour blue, and that the figures have a slightly different look about their armour, but it will be a challenge.

Do it, you know you want to  ;) and then I can enjoy yours

Well the colors of the UN at the moment are white and blue.. and they are called blue helmets at the moment. But don't know how you feel about painting that much white.  lol
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

Great work on that figure! I can totally imagine him advancing cautiously down a dark service passage on a space station.

Cheers - just a basic block in of face shapes covered with washes, glazes and gloss varnish to create the look of the visor.

Thanks for sharing that technique! It seems fairly straight forward, but gives a very cool result.

I must try that technique. Somewhere in the lead mountain,
subsection 'Sci Fi Hill' there MUST be some figures with visors. :?
If not 'Other Partizan' is coming up soon.
