Does anyone know a manufacturer aside from Studio miniatures who makes 28mm afghan tribesmen casualties?

Well, there used to be these by Wargames Foundry, but I've noticed that they're not remoulding a lot of stuff that's "sold out", which suggests to me that they might have lost the greens/master castings:

They paint up pretty well and I use them as casualty markers for my armies of larger Foundry, Perry, Empress, and even Artizan Designs figures.
