Excellent! They look quite good deployed in their units, with their leaders encouraging them (threatening them?) to give their best efforts!

Top effort Witch Queen. I managed a sum total of 4 orcs in October, so I admire your tenacity knocking out one a day. Great stuff.

Do you think it's cause the eyes are too bright?

Yeah, it can be. Many suggest using a light grey or beige, and using a dark brown for the pupil to lessen the effect.

Additionally, if you struggle to control the size of the eyes then Pattus's advice about painting the eyes before anything else is worth a try.

However, I think you latest pjs testify to the fact that the eyes realy aren't necessary, as they look a lot better.

Thank you everyone for following along! After a short hiatus I will return with a small Goblintown force, based around Oathmark goblins & some Oathmark orcs for the Great Goblins bodyguard, and log those here, alongside trolls and other Morgoth twisted creatures.

I’m looking forward to seeing progress on those, they seem like very cool projects!
