Thanks! That mini's also from Alternative Armies, but hiding away in their Sengoku range.

Thanks! I was also interested inthat model.
The Sengoku range is really nice and definitely has some gems in it. And it’s ideal for Warhammer in Nippon (a.k.a. the never published Tetsubo expansion)!

The moment I wrote it, I thought it could be the sengoku range. Thank you for confirming!

Ah, the tiny rogues from AA. Your versions are better than mine.

Stuff and nonsense, if your other 15mm pieces are anything to go by - I mean, they even had eyes!

They are tiny though. This eclectic collection certainly covers the broad range of human heights

Closing in on the point at which I'll feel comfortable having a 'Proper' game of 5 Leagues from the Borderlands (after all, we know nothing's official when unpainted). Now it's the archers' turn to get some paint on them - and here we see the benefits of having many historical ranges open to us.

Nice group! And yeah, using historical minis for humans is a great way to get some variety into a collection.

Got these as part of a job lot on ebay a while ago - pretty sure they were labled saxon peasants - and I have no idea who the manufacturer is (or are?). They scale well with the smaller Alternative Armies figures, though there were some minis amongst them who tower over everyone, so I'm not sure everything is even technically 15mm. I suspect this fantasy world might need a race of humans with traces of giant blood running though their veins because we've very much entered the area of significant height disparity. Then I might even be able to slip in some 1/72s as well.

I'd be very keen to see if anyone here knows more about any of these minis' origins, because they're nice sculpts to paint.

Nice to see these. The woman on the left is from the Two Dragons Dark Age peasants range, currently sold by Caliver Books/Miniature Figurines. I've a feeling that the guy with the adze and the other woman are also from Two Dragons, but I cannot find them in the list on the site. The guy with the sack over his shoulder looks familiar too, but I cannot place him at the moment.

ETA: I've checked and can confirm that both women and the guy with the adze are Two Dragons Dark Ages peasants. By a huge coincidence all three are currently on my painting table!

The greatest revenge you can have on a man that steals your wife is to let him keep her.

Brilliant, thanks folks. Always handy for future reference, and it's helped identify a few others I've nearly finished. According to a comment on Instagram the fellow on the right is another one from Essex Miniatures. Need to get my head around websites selling products without any demonstrative pictures!

A few more minis from Two Dragons (nos. 1, 3 & 5) and one from Essex Miniatures (no. 2). I can't find the precise mini, but I'd guess that no. 4 is also from Essex Miniatures judging by scale and style - felt pretty similar to no. 5 from a few days ago.

I'm still struggling to find this mini amongst the Two Dragons catalogue but she does feel like she fits in with the others. I suspect it's a case of there being some new elements of the Miniature Figurines website I've missed - I only realised this morning that there was a section for them down the left-hand side of links, rather than having to work my way there from the Caliver Books website.

She is definitely Two Dragons, as I have her on my painting table at the moment from the massive pile of Two Dragons stuff I bought in the 90s and am now getting around to painting. If I recall correctly, which may well not be the case, there were two sets of Dark Age peasants, basic peasants and wealthier peasants. The miniature figurines website only lists the former, not the latter, so she may not be listed there.
