Anyone know of a 15 mm figure that works well for Yoda?

Thanks!

You can check out Highlander Studios https://highlanderstudios.blogspot.com/ and look under his Space Pals. You will have to email him for details.

Then look up "Those Curious Chaps" over on Khurasan's https://khurasanminiatures.tripod.com/

You can look up Gunner Dunbar's blog site, he has a whole section of 15mm Star Wars, as for stand in figures and a like. http://gunnerswargamming.blogspot.com/

Here is a photo of the two Imperial Walkers and Millennium Falcon I bought in Disneyland a month ago:

If you look carefully, there is a 15 mm Miniature Figurines colonial figure for scale.

Still working - carefully - to remove the remnants of the price tags from the walkers (same on the other side of the one on the left).  Falcon price tag was on the bottom, thankfully.  Roughly $19 US each item.

Yeah, Dan, those models sucked me in and the result has been an excessively open wallet!

Orders placed so far:

Khurasan (x 2 orders) - one received, 2nd order received 11/4/22

Highlander Studios - substantial order received 11/5/22

Ground Zero Games - ridiculous order! received 11/11/22 - and heavy!

Alternative armies - pretty good order received 11/12/22

Brigade models - pretty good order received 11/14/22

Rebel Minis - small order (maybe more when they restock a certain item) edit: received 10/26/22

CP Models - just a small order for Star Wars stuff (some other non-SW stuff) edit: received 11/4/22

Clear Horizon Miniatures - smallish order edit: received 11/10/22

and Wal-Mart.  Wal-Mart?  Yes, for some Hot Wheels Star Wars vehicles.  Others purchased at local War-Marts off the shelf.  edit: received Sandcrawler 10/26/22 | received two AT-ST 10/29/22

I may search about for an affordable crashed star destroyer or maybe even a freighter to create an 'ancient' battlefield littered with debris, but I will cheat and use non-Star Wars models for the most part.  Keep the SW stuff for in-tact ships/craft.

There will also be some scratch building in the offing - included in orders above are a bunch of building components for that purpose.   Already have some wooden "boxes" that will be turned into buildings.  And thinking how to combine some cones with some spheres to create a different set of buildings.  Oh, included in above orders are buildings from a couple of the suppliers - enough for two towns or bases.

I should end up with quite a collection of figures - and lots of aliens which might not be strictly Star Wars but will give that textual feel I like so much with the series.  I plan to have at least three tiers of Storm Troopers from best to 'worst' as well as an Imperial force (as in emperor's guards).  Similar for the rebels, I will have different levels of regulars as well as less regular rebels, militia basically.  And then a separate force of smuggler types, probably two opposing forces - that will only ally against the empire.  Will also have a pretty good contingent of unarmed civilians to scatter about.  Heck, I've even located three aliens to create a musical trio!  That should be fun.

My focus will be on the original three movies but will let other stuff creep in as I see fit.

I think it is now time, hopefully - except for the damaged star destroyer, to close the wallet up tight.  :o

Someone mentioned earlier about the Micro Galaxy Squadron series. There is a scale list here with a few in the ballpark of 15mm (1/100th) especially the AT-ST

I have found a few Squadron items but I've found them too big.  That list helps to explain why.  Not quite sure what to expect with the Hot Wheels items I've ordered but the ones I bought off the shelf all seem to work better than the Squadron items I've found (and expect to return for refunds once I get the ordered items).

The list also confirms that my Disney Millennium Falcon is probably way too small but I'm going to stick with it.  One, I like it - and own it.  And two, the costumed Jewbacca I saw while at Disneyland seemed to scale pretty well with the 15 mm figure I posted with the photo, more or less.

In the end, they are just representations for playing with.  My games will be focused on land battles rather than space battles and the various vehicles and space craft mostly static props in the games.  They will, however, at times get a more active role.

I am selling 15mm and 21mm (Micro machines) of many of the sets listed on the page. I also sell bulk packs of some of them. It's 40 15mm figs for 21.00 dollars. Including At-Rt's and At-St's. I am test printing several other sets making sure they are ok in 15mm. So more are added each week. Designed by Big Mr Tong.

I have ordered some of John's 28mm SW and they're great.   I assume they'd be equally good in 15mm and the price is certainly right!

Old Laserburn range was inspired by Star Wars and there are some miniatures that can work, especially civilians, adventuers and crew. Here you have two rebels from Laserburn that I painted as Imperials for Star Wars:

Also, I think these guys from GZG work ok for Star Wars rebels:

And of course the imperial storm troopers from Highlander studio, but you alreay know them:

Good luck and have fun!
