Inspiration sources for “Folk Horror”
« on: October 09, 2022, 07:53:28 AM »
By the way, I just found these vids on the “folk horror” genre.  Perhaps they can provide some additional inspiration for your own horror gaming:

Enjoy!

Thank you! These are very interesting…

Let me also recommend the documentary Woodlands Dark and Days Bewitched. It's over 3 hours long, but really worth watching if you're interested in folk horror from around the world.

Interesting videos, thanks for linking. Definitely a genre I enjoy. My intention this season was to get to the many miniatures I have related to this theme, but time passed too quickly.
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.
