Best Source for Shield Transfers?
« on: October 09, 2022, 12:33:21 PM »
I've went in big on the last two Footsore Kickstarters (Baron's War 3 - Death and Taxes, and The Welsh). I've got lots of heater shaped shields for both sides (smaller and larger), but I can't free hand these things. I'm looking for a good source of transfers that provide many on a sheet, more than 4-6 I see on most.

Any good suggestions? I'm not particular to historical accuracy. I just wanna have two good looking sides for Lion Rampant.

Thanks!

Not sure I would call them best, but you can have a gander at https://www.schildschmie.de/shop/ who seem to offer a lot of decals per sheet.

I have ordered from them before so they do ship outside of Germany despite the lack of language options in the store.

First thoughts would be Veni, Vidi, Vici (http://www.3vwargames.co.uk/), Magister Militum (https://www.magistermilitum.com/type/decals-shield-transfers-tank-markings.html) or Dom's Decals (http://domsdecals.com/).

There are others that I can't remember off the top of my head.
There are 100 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data.
