These are all museum quality pieces - so.so impressive...

... and so quick.  You're obviously super human.

I envy those lucky enough to play with such wonderful toys.
No dear, they are not toys, they are models

I’m enjoying following this ”thread”  lol lol

Doesn't give you the needle Bob?  :D

Looking forward to seeing David & Jamie (Digits & Private Buzz) AAR & pictures,
when this lot gets to the War-games table.

Kind of you to say…..super human though?  No…just excited! Lol

Pete….still the small matter of collecting and painting armies to do as yet!   Though to be fair, Jamie did start undercoating a few vehicles for me yesterday! 😉

Work underway with the second escarpment and table corner piece…

A couple of test minis as I start thinking about LRDG.  Thinking they look like a couple of fellas off the front of a Commando comic book! Lol

Picture also shows tent scale.

Cheers Pete….thinking we can have a little FFoL fun with these fellas some time mate.

Official change to thread title now that it’s obviously not just a DAK project.  Watched Ice Cold in Alex last night, hence the influence on the project. 😉 (and yes, I will be buying a Katy ambulance!)

Progress with the AK fellas…..the whole platoon and mixed bag of supports is up to the washed stage……will do highlights and finish in smaller batches now.

On top of this lot, i have enough figures yet to base for a support section, I have a small AT gun, a Warlord plastic 88 and an IG18 to paint…then the bikes etc….but this will be my core taken care of.
