Cheers guys but will ultimately scratch my own I think.  The itslieri model is nice….for 20mm figures.   I don’t like Warlord rebranding at 28mm…it’s lazy and cheap.   I recently and rather stupidly bought their ruined hamplet without realising they were rebranded 1/72nd AND were simply three identical buildings in the box.  I’m almost thinking I may simply trash them…..but we will see….

Quick paint job to these two tents.   They are a touch modern, but work well I think in this setting.

So, long and short of it….once I paint the SAS, I should be able to play a little 0200 hours….

For simple bits of “scenery” they are really rather good I agree.  Cheap and robust.

Very well done.  Nice to see the ME109s in a neat little row ready to be blown up.   :)

Indeed….very nearly there me thinks.

I may concentrate today making nested emplacements for these Anyscake Flak guns and a bunker for the ammo crates.

Lovely.  Just lovely.

And interesting timing.  My wife and I watched Season 1 of Rogue Heroes the last 2 nights...

I applaud your courage - the one time I made sandbags, I hated the process.

These are looking great!

Do you know if there is/are Ju 87s in that range of aircraft (or any Italian aircraft for that matter)?

If it's the range  of Chinese snap together 'puzzles' I think it is, then there's a mis-shapen Spitfire, a reasonable Hurricane, the Bf-109 and a passable Corsair. That's yer lot though.

Cheers James!

Sandbags finished…will get them painted soon.

There are quite a few 1:48 Stuka kits around but as stated not in this range.
