WIP Solo Play Rules

Hello everyone! Its been awhile since I've posted here; I'm more of a Lurker tbh. The game has lived rent free in my head for years despite only getting a handful of games in. To remedy this situation I've written up some solo play rules that I hope makes a decent, easy to understand set of rules for a Lurker player AI.
if you have the time or inclination please read them or test them out and tell me what you think.

Just like my favorite survival horror game Nocturne, this game will never vanish as long as there's a dedicated group of nerds who wont let it die.
