Scratchbuilt Mexican Rev armored car

Was resting between tennis matches, and started this up.   

Based on an actual vehicle.

Floor and bulkheads are balsa wood, the rest is manilla envelope, poked from backside with Bic pen, to make raised rivets.    The wheels are just there for pic, it's just sitting on the axles, gonna make the proper style tonight.

Slapped on a rusty iron base, gonna drybrush in shades of green.   Pretty damn easy.  My next one will be better.   

I did find a "1/50" scale matchbox truck, 1918, but having a time finding other period vehicles that are not way big or way small looking.
