A Quick Look at SpartaCon'23

I dropped in on SpartaCon'23. A great little convention in central Michigan. A grand time was had by all and there were some tempting goodies in the Flea-Market. More photos here https://antonswargame.blogspot.com/2023/01/spartacon-2023-partial-photo-survey.html

I (and my 2 wargaming crew-members) went to Spartacon.  It was a great little Con.  We swept the skies of british planes in a Wings of War game in the morning.  Playing Celts, we gave the Romans and their auxiliaries a bid bloody nose in an afternoon Congo game...

Picked up some 28mm WW2 Harlequin minis (old, pre-Black Tree Design), and a Dust 47 game box (which I bought for $10 for the 3 28mm quonset huts that came with it).

Kudos to the organizers...

One of these days I do need to make it up to Spartacon. I know, Winter in the Midwest is always dicey, but I hope I can make it soon. Glad to hear the show went well!
