Is Ironclad Miniatures still in business?

I sent in an order on Dec. 23. I received a confirmation same-day. My PayPal account was charged that same day, too.

Thank you for your purchase, we will get your order prepared and shipped as quickly as possible but please allow up to 21 days for us to get everything cast up and into the post for you!

The 21 days passed and a week later on 1/18 I emailed them asking for an update:

I'm enquiring as to the status of my order. I understand Royal Mail has suspended international service because of a cyber incident but hopefully the miniatures are cast up and ready to post when ready! Thank you.

No response.

Can anyone help?

I can't answer on them not responding but I know the royal mail wee hit by a cyber attack and think it's just getting back on line at end of last week prior to that they stopped all international transactions. Before that the mail had a series of strikes so an absolute dogs dinner here in Blighty

Is it possible they have been on holidays during this time too?

Happy to report that after sending another email that John at Ironclad responded right away, apologized for missing my earlier email, and said that my order was on its way.
