How to find rules and how to use images?

Hello!

First off I want to say hello from cold Norway! I have been lurking on this forum for just under 1/2 year looking at different dioramas that people have posted. Recently became interested in modeling and wanted to share some stuff I have made myself!

However, I am having some trouble navigating this website. I have looked at the "HELP" button but I can't find information if Im allowed to share the things I have made because they are commercial product. Also, I'm wondering how do I attach an image to my post? This I also cant find any information about.
