I did see that.  But that appears to be the only place one can get it.   I guess my main concern was that they may be on the verge of a new edition, in which case I'll hold off buying the original.

Rich Hausner has kept a tight rein on his products but I believe you can also order from On Matters Military in the US.

I don’t think Rich is going to do a new version of Regimental as:
A) Brigade was revised to use some of the Regimental rules.
B) He does not have the time as other things are occupying his time at present - we were trying to move his ECW version along from just playtest ideas but he is otherwise occupied.

Rich hasn't published any of the rulebooks as pdfs.  So if you do find it, keep it to yourself, as it's a pirate copy.
