British sailors

I have British Sailors that were Paul Hicks sculpts from Mutton Chop / Empress.
Looking for them last evening I couldn't find them.

Are they OOP, or is my Google fu inadequate ?

Only ever seen the Empress ones in tin hats, save for the officers in the command pack and one other . There is a Warlord games set in hats IIRC. You might be thinking of those.
