Destroyed Tank marker options
« on: February 27, 2023, 09:13:53 PM »
I'm wondering what the commercial options out there are. I'd like something like this, maybe in resin but I'm also interested in other options

Scale wise I'm looking for 20mm or 1/72

I don't know of any.

There are people here, who do 3-D printing.  Not all of their attempts at printing turn out 100%.

I would post in the "Wanted" section of the "Bazaar of Obscurities" to see if anyone would like to sell you their failures.

I bought exactly those on eBay,  ready painted, 12 of them all slightly different. Don't remember the seller though but I am sure a search would turn up many sellers.
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

It's just clump flock glued to a stick.
Making them is always a cheap option.

If you do decide to DIY, There are various cheap 1/72 toy and model tanks that could be easily turned into wrecks.

Another classic option is to make a tinfoil-in-sand mold and cast your own in plaster.  I did that to make destroyed Mech markers.
