The Thing In The Ice...
« on: October 27, 2009, 09:33:43 PM »
Grabbed this beautie the other day...monsterpokalypse thing, not sure of the name.
Gave it a quick re-paint and added a litttle plasticard to the base and Voila! John Carpenter eat your heart out...

and with an unlucky Copplestone fig. who didn't survive long enough to even get a name...

Guess I'll be working on a 'Mountains of Madness meets The Thing' set of scenarios over the winter...will start on the board in a couple days. Need to get some arctic explorers...I know Pulp Figures has a pack also the old Call Of Cthulhu anyone know of any other model lines?

To while away the weather? If you catch my snow drift. That's very cool, and can't wait for those others.

I have a couple of the Pulp sets and a Copplestone set as well. They integrate well.
Wonderful work by the way. Jealousy is an ugly emotion so I'll get out of your way for a quiet gnash.

I can't add anymore superlatives.

Frothers has a Pulp era showcase that is worth a look.  The artizan designs stuff is particularly good.

That is *really* nice. It would go so well with my White islan scenario, as the horror element we never got to play last time we run it.
