They look great.  From the side view pictures they seem maybe to be standing a bit too tall in the saddle.  From the front they look spot on, so it may just be the camera angle.

Thanks!

I will take your comment into account and my sculptures will become even better.

This often happens with sculptors. I sometimes have a hard time finding the error. Thank you very much!!

Alexey Trubetskoy (created on the basis of a portrait of Potemkin) and his staff. Two guards entered the headquarters. These are young people, something like bells. For their creation, a photo of a local warrior served as the basis. And a standard bearer with the banner of a large royal regiment. The Great Tsar's Regiment Alexei Nikitich led the Tsar's personal regiment in 1646. (Whoever might need the banner - I'm attaching it)

1654. Ivan Khovansky and his headquarters. Since 1654 Khovansky was at war with the Poles. In 1660 he organized hussar companies, which in 1661 were deployed into a regiment. Shown in hussar plate armor. Such armor cost a lot of money. (yes, this is not an Iranian mirror). On the head is a Jericho. Next to him is a guy with (almost anidron equipment) with a falcon to intercept enemy pigeon mail. An adviser with a map (you can print out a real map of military operations), if without a map, then he simply impulsively gesticulates defending his point of view. and a messenger for reception/dispatch.

There is a portrait of Khovansky, BUT!!!! Yuri Dolgorukov and Ivan Khovansky have one fantastic Viennese portrait of the 1670s between them. Only mirrored.
Since this is an equally fantastic portrait of Sultan Murad the Third as a girl, I did not dare take it as a basis. In Western fashion, I gave him a dashing mustache and left it at that.

Dolgorukov Yuri Alekseevich with staff.
Appointed commander-in-chief of all troops operating against hetmans Pavel Sapieha and Gonsevsky (May 7, 1658), goes to Vilna and defeats Polish troops near the village of Verki, takes Gonsevsky prisoner, after which he retreats to Shklov, without pursuing the defeated Polish troops, for which he receives a severe reprimand king

A man is depicted indicating the direction to a superior and a subordinate...

Too often we use the word character when we mean charicature but these are really lovely sculpts with a genuine feel for the subject matter. Top notch work!

Grigory Grigorievich Romadanovsky.

I am attaching a probable portrait of G. G. Romodanovsky as a horseman pursuing the Turks in the Chigirin campaign of 1678.

Surprisingly, he died in 1682, the date of his birth has not yet been clarified, BUT it is known that in 1632 he met the third Crimean ambassadors outside the Serpukhov Gate.

Therefore, this man did not wear a mustache and beard for reasons of principle.
