28mm Landsknecht Ogres from Wargames Atlantic

Well, more like 40mm tall. I just had a chance to take a look at these guys. Top quality work on these minis and a Sci-Fi option, if you choose! More pictures here including full-sprue photos so you know exactly what you are getting  can be found here:   https://antonswargame.blogspot.com/2023/03/landsknecht-ogres.html

Those do look good and the other Wargames Atlantic stuff I've seen has been very nice.

I'm in a bit of a figure-buying break right now (moving and having to reorganize will do that to a wargamer) but these are on my "eventually" list for fun gunpowder fantasy options!

Nice review. For WGA Landsknechts, they do have the oddly named Conquistadores.

I really want to like these.
And for the most part I do.
What baffles me is the deliberate choice that was made to have them be barefoot.

Why?
This makes even less sense when considering you're given options to make them futuristic.

These look great. I’d like to get them but have so many ogres already.

Nice set and a good presentation of the frames. I really like the idea of making them gulliveresque giants on a battlefield of the 30 years war!
