Perused the the website and read the blurb on the rules.  Are they more of a very low level, in numbers of figures, skirmish rules?  Rather sounds like it.

Yes. You have a few hunters. Probably as few as three and as many as six or seven. The Dinosaurs depend on size and type.
There are big ones, like a T-Rex that are alone, and others that may come in small groups. The expense to do the game is not
all that much.
