Quick scale / size vehicle question: Artizan Design
« on: May 17, 2023, 04:27:07 PM »
I've accidentally bought a platoon's worth of Artizan Designs DAK and some SAS / LRDG and now 'need' to get some vehicles / armour to go with...

I've based the figures on coins - and keen to get size / scale 'right' - anyone got ideas of best 'fit'? (ideally resin, can't stand plastic kits ;))

I’d go for Blitzkrieg miniatures.
They do both 1/56 and 1/48 scale resin.

Personally all my stuff is 1/48.
Artizan are big chunky miniatures, so I’d go for 1/48.

You can see a couple of late war guys in the sdkfz250 in the pictures.

I did a commission for a friend who had Artizan SAS/LRDG with the Company B Blitz Buggy, Ford and two Chevy's with crews stowage etc and it all looked really well together when it was done. If you're in the UK you can get Company B through Great Escape. Warlord do the Chevy and some SAS Jeeps that look fine with the Artizan stuff as well. Hope this helps.
